This wine, named for the grape varietal with which it is made, has great character and is pleasingly aromatic. It exhibits the characteristics of great fineness and elegance, thanks to its cultivation in areas with suitable terrain.

Food and wine pairing
It makes a grand aperitif, and pairs excellently with the typical Trentino "strangolapreti" (spinach dumplings).
