AGRITUR BROCH

At Agritur Broch, a holiday smells of hay, tastes of freshly milked milk and follows the gentle rhythm of life on a mountain farm.

Some holidays are remembered for a view, others for a scent, a sound or a special encounter. At Agritur Broch, a holiday smells of hay, tastes of freshly milked milk and follows the gentle rhythm of life on a mountain farm.

For over thirty years, the Broch family has welcomed guests looking to experience the mountains in an authentic way, surrounded by meadows and farm animals. Here, hospitality is not simply about finding a place to stay, but about sharing an everyday life shaped by simple gestures, changing seasons and traditional knowledge passed down through generations.

At the heart of the farm is its livestock. Cows, sheep, pigs, horses and farmyard animals are part of everyday life and reflect an agricultural tradition still deeply connected to the land. The animals are mainly fed with hay produced on the farm, harvested during the summer when the meadows are at their richest.

It is a cycle that follows the rhythm of nature: meadows become hay, hay feeds the animals, and this daily work gives rise to milk, meat, eggs and other products that also make their way to the farmhouse table. The milk is delivered to the local dairy, while the farm's meat features in the farmhouse cuisine, together with Trentino wines sourced from other local producers.

But the true value of Agritur Broch lies in the opportunity to step into this world, even if only for a few days. During the summer, guests can discover how the meadows are managed, learn about the haymaking cycle, accompany the cows to pasture, watch the milking process and, perhaps, taste freshly milked milk.

These are simple experiences, yet they reveal something increasingly precious: where our food comes from, how much work lies behind it and how closely agriculture, animals and the land are connected.

At Agritur Broch, you can return to a slower rhythm of life shaped by working hands, cared-for animals, freshly cut meadows and evenings spent together. A holiday where you can discover traditional rural skills, listen to the sounds of the forest and rediscover the pleasure of living in harmony with nature.
