Azienda Pelz was founded in 1995 by three brothers, Diego Michele and Franco, whose aim was to create a product capable of conveying the uniqueness of vine-growing in Val di Cembra. The farm is scattered across 9 hectares of patchy land located on the southeastern side of Val Cembra; precisely because the property is parcelled, it is possible to cultivate varieties requiring different climates and soils to maximise results. We produce the following wines: Muller Thurgau, Riesling, Kerner, Chardonnay, Schiava, Rose Lagrein, Pinot Nero and other wines produced with late-harvested grapes, including Riesling.
