Caseificio Sociale di Coredo, located in Palù, along the Predaia provincial road, processes milk supplied by ranchers of cattle raised on the Predaia plateau and in the municipality of Ton. The most important product is Trentigrana, which is also sold at the dairy farm’s store along with other typical cheeses.
