Rossi Paolo Organic Farm is located in Cles, in an oasis on the shores of Santa Giustina Lake, surrounded by woods.
Since 1982 father Alberto and mother Piera have chosen to cultivate with the organic method, in contrast with the ideas of those years.
After numerous battles they began to produce and sell their organic fruits on their own, actually a large variety of fruits: apples, pears, apricots, prunes, plums, cherries, peaches, medlars, walnuts and hazelnuts, persimmons and figs.
In our orchard large old trees of ancient varieties live together with younger plants.
In recent years we have been experimenting with even more sustainable cultivation methods.
We believe in a direct market, when possible, for this reason we sell our fruits mostly to the local markets, directly in our farm, to buying groups or small shops.
