Three days of pure emotions surrounded by the majestic scenery of Fassa Dolomites to be experienced exclusively in a tailor-made break just for you: a 360° tour of flavors, wellness, outdoor activities and stunning views. The hospitality and the traditional chic flavors of our mountain farm, awarded in 2022 of the Michelin Green Star for its cuisine and sustainability, meet the luxury wellness of QC Terme Dolomiti, the passion of our mountain guides that will lead you on a personalized hike, and above all, the breathtaking views of Val di Fassa from the sky, aboard a private helicopter toasting to life at the top of the peaks.

An elixir of emotions awaits you, everything you have always dreamed of, enclosed in three days that will become an unforgettable memory for you and for those who will be by your side.
You will stay two nights in our Maso Suite, you’ll be welcomed by the pleasant scents of wood, large spaces for rest and relaxation and upon waking up in the morning, you will find your El Mas breakfast ready for you. The aroma of freshly baked bread will greet you, along with milk and butter from our cows and our homemade jams while admiring the breath-taking landscape of Val di Fassa, there is no better way to get up in the morning!
DAY 1
You'll arrive in Moena, known as Fairy of the Dolomites for its unmistakable elegance, here in the Alpine Pearl the environment and how to protect it is a real concern. Values that us at Agritur El Mas also share and that in 2022 led us to be awarded with the Michelin Green Star for our cuisine and sustainability. Everything is sustainable here: from the green building to the supply chain of raw ingredients and the commitment to environmental education.
To welcome you, Michelangelo owner of the Maso, with an exclusive tour to discover our reality: a full immersion in the dairy supply chain, from the stable to the small dairy where Peter, our dairyman, awaits you to open the doors of the vault where the famous Puzzone di Moena PDO cheese rests and that later it will be the protagonist, together with other dairy goodies, of a narrated aperitif paired with Trentodoc classic-method sparkling wine.
In the evening you’ll return to Moena, in its characteristic square, where the Osteria Tyrol will welcome you with a romantic dinner: here you can choose from a greedy range of proposals with a Ladin soul seasoned with a touch of style.
DAY 2
After enjoying a homemade breakfast in your suite, off you go on an exciting helicopter tour! Your private pilot awaits you right outside your room, in our landing pad, ready to take off for a morning of discoveries: you’ll be able to admire the Dolomites, UNESCO heritage, from an exclusive point of view.
We will take our time to cheer on top of the mountain with a gourmet aperitif, before get back on board and return to the Maso in the blink of an eye.
A light lunch awaits you with Stefano's green cuisine, in his plates he skillfully combines our farm products, such as cheeses, meats, cold cuts and vegetables from our garden to create perfect concoctions.
The afternoon is dedicated to wellbeing and relax in the beautiful QC Terme Dolomiti: a place of wellness and peace, set in the Alpine landscape with the utmost respect for the environment. Sustainable materials, innovative services, and thermal balneotherapy to give you extraordinary sensory experiences while enjoying a stunning view of the Dolomites. You’ll end your day of relaxation on a high note by enjoying the Aperiterme aperitif with sparkling wine and delicacies to taste.
Now that your stress-free, let’s go back to the Maso where awaits you a candle light dinner in our eighteenth-century wooden parlour, tonight reserved just for you.
DAY 3
Well rest and full of energy after a tasty breakfast, now you’re ready to meet your personal mountain guide. No fixed destination, you’ll be the one to choose today’s hike with the advice of our expert guide. In Val di Fassa there is something for all tastes: from the easier but absolutely panoramic ones such as Val San Nicolò, Fuciade or Val Duron to the higher up ones, for true mountain enthusiasts. It doesn’t matter which one you choose, once you got there thanks to our gourmet picnic, you’ll be able to enjoy an open-air lunch surrounded by flowers and the sounds of nature.
The return to the Maso is scheduled for the early afternoon so that you’ll have plenty of time to set off home, not only with your luggage, but with a delicious basket of our products as well. A thought from us in memory of these three days, with the hope of seeing you again soon.

Più che un programma è un elisir di emozioni, tutto ciò che avete sempre sognato, racchiuso in tre giorni che diventeranno un ricordo indimenticabile, per voi e per chi sarà al vostro fianco.
Pernotterete per due notti nella nostra suite del Maso, dal profumo di legno, con ampi spazi per il vostro living e con il comfort di una colazione in camera con latte fresco, dolci homemade, salumi, formaggi e uova del maso. Il tutto con splendida vista sull’abitato di Moena.
Giorno 1
Arrivo a Moena, nota come Fata delle Dolomiti per la sua inconfondibile eleganza, Perla Alpina per l’attenzione data al tema della sostenibilità e amore per il proprio territorio.
Valori che condividiamo anche noi dell’Agritur ElMas, che ci hanno portato ad ottenere la stella verde Michelin grazie ad una cucina di filiera e ad un’ospitalità innovativa che fonda le sue radici nella tradizione.
A darvi il benvenuto Michelangelo, patron del Maso con un Tour esclusivo alla scoperta della nostra realtà dal sapore contadino: una full immersion nella filiera casearia, dalla stalla al nostro piccolo caseificio dove vi attende il casaro Peter per aprirvi le porte del caveau dove riposta il famoso Puzzone di Moena DOP, protagonista insieme ad altre chicche casearie di un aperitivo narrato accompagnato dalle bollicine di montagna metodo classico Trentodoc.
La sera si scende a Moena, nella sua caratteristica piazzetta, dove l’Osteria Tyrol vi accoglie con una cena romantica, dove potrete scegliere tra un goloso ventaglio di proposte dall’anima ladina condite da un tocco di stile.
Giorno 2
Dopo esservi gustati la colazione nella vostra suite, si parte per un emozionante tour in elicottero. Il vostro pilota privato vi attende proprio fiori dalla stanza, nella nostra piazzola di atterraggio, per una mattinata alla scoperta delle Dolomiti con una vista del tutto esclusiva su questo patrimonio UNESCO.
Non mancherà un pit stop per un aperitivo gourmet d’alta quota per poi risalire a bordo e tornare a Maso in un battito di ciglia.
Ad attendervi un light lunch con la cucina green di Stefano fatta da verdure del nostro orto, latte e formaggi delle nostre mucche, carni locali, pane, pasta e dolci fatti in casa e tanta passione.
Il consiglio è di stare leggeri per godervi al meglio il pomeriggio di relax nella splendida cornice di QC Terme Dolomiti: un luogo di benessere e pace, inserito nel paesaggio alpino con il massimo rispetto per l’ambiente. Materiali ecosostenibili, pratiche innovative e balneoterapia termale per esperienze sensoriali straordinarie, indoor e outdoor, con spettacolare vista che spazia dal Sassolungo al Sella fino al gruppo del Catinaccio. Incluso nel vostro ingresso anche il famoso Aperiterme, un aperitivo che potrete gustare a filo d’acqua al calar del sole.

Giorno 3
Carichi di energia grazie alla nostra colazione del Maso, siete pronti per conoscere la vostra personal mountain guide.
Nessuna meta prefissata, sarete voi accompagnati dai consigli di un esperto a scegliere l’escursione di oggi: in Val di Fassa ve ne sono per tutti i gusti, da quelle più facili ma assolutamente panoramiche come la Val San Nicolò, la conca di Fuciade o la Val Duron a quelle più in quota per veri appassionati di montagna.
Qualsiasi sia la vostra destinazione potrete godere di un pranzo open air grazie al nostro picnic gourmet da gustare su un morbido plaid tra prati in fiore e melodie della natura.
Il rientro al Maso è previsto per il primo pomeriggio in modo che abbiate tutto il tempo per mettervi in viaggio verso casa, ricchi di momenti da ricordare.
Oltre al vostro bagaglio un goloso pensiero da parte nostra in ricordo di questi tre giorni, con la speranza di rivederci presto.
