Cheese lovers and craft beer enthusiasts, it's your turn! A sensory journey through the must-haves and dairy treats of Caseificio Val di Fiemme, paired with Fiemme craft beer—your chance for a snack that smells of autumn. With the help of Marina, ONAF master taster and sommelier, we'll discover how quality milk, time, and passion become the ingredients of a varied cheese platter, and we'll experiment with pairings in the glass until we find the perfect blend of flavors, aromas, and colors.
