El Malget
For more than fifteen years our family has decided to spend the summer in the mountains rediscovering ancient crafts. For some time we have been managing Malga Bordolona, a mountain hut located above the village of Bresimo, where we offer hospitality and produce various cheeses and cured meats. In 2020 we hdecided to take on a new challenge: manage the structure "El Malget".
Our children are also with us: Tommaso, now an experienced shepherd, little Giacomo and our princess, Caterina.
El Malget means for us returning to our roots. We finally have a structure that allows us to realize our projects in a broader and more complete way: offering hospitality 365 days a year and continuing the production of cheeses and cured meats.
The structure is also a restaurant offering meals of the Trentino tradition, using local products!
We also offer riding courses for all ages: we teach to know the horse from the ground and in the saddle, helping to create a unique combination between horse and rider.
