Some people have learned how to listen to nature. Elisa is one of them. In Tonadico, in the heart of the Primiero valley, her passion for flowers, herbs and medicinal plants has grown into a small family farm, where every harvest follows the rhythm of the seasons and every plant is carefully observed, cultivated and processed with patience.

Erborì was born from this deep connection with the mountains: from the desire to rediscover traditional knowledge surrounding medicinal plants and transform it into products that carry the aromas, flavours and traditions of the local area.

In the fields around Tonadico, flowers, aromatic herbs and medicinal plants are grown and hand-picked, using seeds sourced from organic and biodynamic producers and avoiding the use of chemical products. Some plants are also gathered in the wild, always respecting the natural rhythms and balance of the environment.

After harvesting, the plants are taken to the small workshop, where they are carefully dried and stored before becoming herbal teas, individual herbs and preparations for culinary and traditional uses.

The world of Erborì is full of aromas and colours: herbal teas, flavoured salts, preparations for grappa and liqueurs, including the distinctive Centerbe, as well as products created in collaboration with other local businesses and through a constant desire to experiment.

But Erborì is more than a place where plants are grown and transformed. It is also an invitation to rediscover our relationship with nature, through workshops, seasonal activities and outings dedicated to learning about plants and their traditional uses. Among the experiences offered is a visit to the Orto dei Semplici, where the world of medicinal plants meets centuries-old knowledge and traditions.

Entering the world of Erborì means slowing down, observing and learning to recognise what is often right before our eyes.
