Cheese factory Cercen
Caseificio Comprensoriale Cercen is a cooperative made up of breeders, founded in 1971 to harvest and process milk produced by the farms of Lower Val di Sole.
The production is almost entirely (95%) used for the making of Trentino Grana cheese, and only a small part is committed to the making of local cheeses: casolet, nostrano stavel, camocina, cercen dolce, fontal, nostrano magro, cercen saorì and ricotta.
