Taste&Bike: Müller Thurgau wine and Valle di Cembra

The day is dedicated to the discovery of the Val di Cembra.
You’ll take the cycle road along the Adige river toward Lavis.
Here you can stop to taste sweets in a local bar/pastry shop.
Recovered all your energy, you’ll cycle along the Provincial road SP 131, the Strada del Vino, from which you can admire a beautiful view of the Adige Valley.
In this area there are many wineries, you’ll be able to have a visti and tasting.
Lunch will take place in a modern trattoria set in an absolutely rural but panoramic context - with a traditional menu, but revisited in a modern key.
In the afternoon, the tour goes on and you’ll go cross various characteristic farms scattered here and there, between apple orchards and orchards.
Then you’ll arrive in Verla di Giovo: from the local farm you’ll admire the wonderful vineyard landscape, have a guided visit in the winery, taste Mueller Thurgau wine.
The way back to Trento coul be the same road or the fastest road via Maso Franch.
