From February 9 to February 20 the Alto Adige Wine Road and the Trentino Wine and Flavours Route invite you to experience a unique culinary adventure: the Trentino South Tyrol Wine Tours.
Discover the most authentic wines, flavours and landscapes of Trentino-South Tyrol/Südtirol on three exclusive routes dedicated to visitors to the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics. Each tasting forms part of a sensory journey, revealing the story of our Alpine identity.
Between vineyards, Dolomite peaks and historic villages, guests will discover the finest wines, cheeses and specialties from Trentino–Alto Adige – offered in three experience levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Whether it’s a guided cheese tasting in the Dolomites, a half-day wine journey through two regions, or an exclusive gourmet day with fine wines and regional cuisine – each experience combines authentic taste with breathtaking scenery.

A genuine high-altitude delight, set in the very heart of the Dolomites. In a welcoming mountain dairy, guests will enjoy a guided tour to learn about cheese production, followed by a tasting of selected local cheeses led by flavour experts. Two wines – one from Trentino and one from South Tyrol – will accompany the tasting, chosen to create an authentic harmony of mountain flavours.

🥈 Wine Tour SILVER
A half-day journey through border territories, where the cultures of Trentino and South Tyrol meet among vineyards, historic villages and fine wines. The tour begins at a winery along the renowned Alto Adige Wine Road, where participants can discover the secrets of local winemaking and taste some of the region’s finest wines. A typical lunch follows in a local restaurant, featuring delicious dishes paired with selected wines for a complete and authentic food and wine experience. The itinerary continues into Trentino, through the Rotaliana Königsberg area, where guests will visit another winery and enjoy a guided tasting.

Wine Tour GOLD
An exclusive and comprehensive experience. Starting at a winery set in a breathtaking landscape where vineyards stretch across rolling hills and mountains, participants will discover the secrets of local winemaking and taste the estate’s most representative wines, introduced by expert sommeliers.
The tour continues along the Alto Adige Wine Road with a visit to an architecturally unique winery where design, innovation and tradition blend seamlessly. Here, participants can savour wines that tell the story and character of this land in an extraordinary setting.
A lunch follows in a charming winery in the Rotaliana Plain, where Teroldego Rotaliano rests and develops its deep and distinctive character. After lunch, another cellar visit is included.
In the afternoon, the final stop takes place in the Cembra Valley, where unique vineyards climb steep dry-stone terraces to produce fresh Müller Thurgau and mineral, vertical Trentodoc wines – tasted in one of the valley’s welcoming wineries.
