• 6:00 a.m. - Meet at the departure point of the Cavalese-Doss dei Laresi cable car (valley station). Please be punctual, as the cable car will be open just for you and the sunrise won't wait for latecomers!
• 6.05 a.m. - The cable car ride begins, silent and panoramic, skimming the treetops. You will then continue with a short chairlift ride surrounded by the darkness of the night that is about to end.
• 6.45 a.m. - You're at the top! Your gaze sweeps 360° across the most beautiful peaks in the world, from Latemar and Catinaccio to Pale di San Martino, from the Lagorai chain to the Brenta Dolomites.
• Now you've earned a healthy and hearty breakfast at Rifugio Paion. Michele awaits you with a buffet worthy of the most important occasions: homemade cakes and bread for all tastes, honey and jams to pair with Fresca Fiemme's local yoghurt and milk, but also a savoury version with cheeses from the Val di Fiemme Dairy and the legendary speck and cured meats from Tito - Il Maso dello Speck. Between one taste and another, everyone can sit comfortably around the bonfire on the terrace and enjoy the changing colours of the new day as they wait for the sun to rise.
• 8.30 a.m. – Lace up your boots and strap on your skis to launch yourself down the first slope of the day, freshly groomed and still closed to the public, starting from Cima del Paion and heading down to the valley: for the more experienced, there are the Olimpia I, II and III slopes with possible blue and red variations for those who prefer gentler descents.
• 9:00 a.m. - You can decide to return home or to your hotel, or go to work... but if we were to give you advice, it would undoubtedly be to stay and enjoy the whole day: at this time of day, the snow is perfect and there are many slopes to explore. There will be time to sleep later!

PRICES:

Breakfast: € 25.00 adults, € 20.00 children (under 12 years old), payment on site.

Cost of lifts (return fare for two cable cars + chairlift):

• € 21.00 adults
• € 15.00 juniors (born between 2008 and 2019)
• FREE children (born after 2018) 
• Season ski pass valid for the lift

Prices include lift with facilities open specifically for the event (2 cable cars + chairlift), hearty breakfast in the mountain hut, descent on the still closed slope or return to the valley with the lifts.
