Or perhaps it's simply that beer always puts you in a good mood, especially when paired with wholesome local food that brings out its flavours.There are plenty of reasons to love beer, and just as many to visit Rampeèr Brewery in Campitello di Fassa, home to Val di Fassa's own craft beer.

Daniel, the master brewer, will welcome you and reveal the secrets behind this small-scale, high-quality production. Together, you'll discover the different stages of the brewing process: from selecting the raw ingredients and using water from Val Duron, to preparing the wort in the copper brewing system, followed by fermentation, kegging and, finally, pouring the perfect glass. The visit ends with a guided tasting of selected craft beers paired with cheeses from Val di Fassa. A sensory journey through local aromas, flavours and traditions, brought to life by Daniel's passion and enthusiasm.
